How do I track my parcel ?

You can track your parcel using your order number and e-mail address by going to *Track my order* on our website.

What are the shipping times for your products ?

We do our utmost to dispatch your order within 24 hours, sometimes up to 48 hours. Your order will then be entrusted to the carrier, and you will be delivered within 5 to 8 days. (Depending on periods, promotions and transport service)

Is delivery free ?

Yes, Delivery is free on all orders for a limited time.

I haven't received all the items in my order. What happens ?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it ?

We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us a message via the site's contact form and we'll send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.

What payment methods are available ?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal. However, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
